As part of plans to expand the membership team we are looking to recruit an additional Membership Account Coordinator to look after and support our micro business members (under 5 employees).
Through a systematic rolling program of contact, mainly on the telephone you will ensure members see value in their annual membership.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working in a proactive customer care environment. You will have confident communication skills, be organised and driven by results.
This role will see you working as part of a team as well as on your own initiative and requires a degree of flexibility as there may be occasions when you asked to attend breakfast and early evening events.
This role is based out of our Northampton Office, although there may be occasions when you will need to travel and work from our Milton Keynes office.
