We are looking to recruit an individual to support the Chief Executive in ensuring the effective consultation, representation and communication of members’ views in relation to policy issues which affect all aspects of business growth.
The role will be responsible for producing various reports as well as developing relationship with members and stakeholders in order that policy related matters can be monitored and responded to in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate work experience in policy related matters and have a good awareness of business, economic and labour market issues. You will possess excellent communication skills in both written and oral format, have a flexible attitude to work with strong organisational skills, and work well under your own initiative but also as part of a team.
This role will be split between Northamptonshire Chamber and its sister Chamber in Milton Keynes and will therefore involve a degree of travel between the two offices and surrounding areas.
