Our Committee

The Next Generation Committee Members are be responsible for managing the performance of the Chamber’s activities and representing the interests of the members. As ambassadors they promote the Chamber’s aims and objectives as appropriate across the business community.

Connor Slasberg (President)
Technology Consultant, ACS Office Solutions

I’m a 22 year old from Northampton. Technology Consultant for ACS Office Solutions, I am extremely passionate about my job and love the interaction that comes with sales and networking. I’m excited to be a part of the Next Generation committee as I believe in the potential of the chamber to grow and continue helping all members develop in the business environment, as well as making contacts for now and the future.

In my spare time, I love football. I’m a keen follower of Liverpool and play for my local side, Braunston. I also enjoy music, often playing guitar or ukulele at local open mic night.

Gary Higson (Vice President)
Business Development Manager at the MBA Design Partnership,

Our mission is to challenge the status quo by aligning the design and construction processes, allowing creativity to be the main driver of every stage throughout the project.

We continue to build and develop an inspirational team of individuals that can change the future of the built environment. We want to leave a legacy.

Working on residential, commercial and industrial projects from beginning to end, providing feasibility studies to understand a developments potential, planning services to get the necessary approvals, technical drawings of the information required to get them built efficiently to the required regulations and onsite services to check the developments are built on time and to budget.

I’m responsible for delivering our business development strategy, involving, strategising, planning, delivery, finance, marketing, sales and the systems and processes.

I enjoy building relationships with individuals and organisations across the construction industry, helping to generate and deliver new opportunities.



Daisy Divoka
Solicitor, EMW Law LLP

Daisy is a qualified solicitor at EMW Law LLP specialising in corporate work with particular focus on transactional work including acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructuring and the food and drink sector.




Emma Oliver
Associate, Wilson Browne Solicitors.

Emma trained at Wilson Browne and has been at the firm for 5 years. She specialises in Commercial Property and land acquisition development deals. She is a member of the Social Housing Law Association and has experience of advising Housing Association clients on development land acquisitions, conditional contracts, section agreements and shared ownership and right to buy sales. Emma is proud to act for local businesses and individuals and has a broad range of experience in other commercial property matters including advice on lease and licences for both landlord and tenant and refinancing matters. Emma lives in Northamptonshire and in her spare time enjoys going to the gym and climbing. She is looking forward to working with other committee members on the inaugural Next Generation Committee.


Tom Sarson
Head of Client Partnerships, 123 Internet Group

As Head of Client Partnerships at 123 Internet Group, I help to provide award-winning digital marketing solutions for over 600 national and international clients! I’m incredibly excited to be working alongside the other members of the Next Generation Committee as we work to support the growth and development of the Next Generation Chamber.

While I’m passionate about web design and development, I also love watching and playing football in my spare time. I also enjoy travelling, having visited America multiple times.



Hannah Brady
Marketing Manager, Ocee Design

My name is Hannah, but most people call me Brady. I am 29 years old, from Coventry, I’ve been living in Northampton for 5 years and I’m the Marketing Manager at Ocee Design. One of the things I love most about my job is content creation. As a young professional I enjoy working with with organizations that embrace innovation, wellbeing and creativity.

In my role as a member of the Next Generation committee I hope I can inspire both existing and future members to embrace the benefits of networking and personal development.

In my spare time I play tennis regularly and enjoy doing home workouts most days to keep fit. Exercise is a key part of my life, it helps keep me sharp! I sing in local band, The Champagne Charlies, who gig locally to raise money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice and as an additional creative outlet outside of work I like to write content for my blog page, Brady & Words - www.bradyandwords.co.uk


Phebe Mason
PR & Marketing Executive, Ashley Riley Communications

Phebe has worked with Ashley Riley Communications for 6 years and is responsible for all things creative.

In her role at the agency, she provides photography and video services to clients. Working with a whole range of businesses locally including Trilogy Leisure, Stanair Industrial Door Services and McManus Pubs, Phebe also works with clients nationally and internationally. No two days are the same but each job has the same objective at it’s core – providing bespoke visual content that makes an impact for a business’ products and services.

Phebe has been a member of the Next Generation Chamber for a year and thoroughly enjoys the sessions provided and getting to know her fellow members. She’s looking forward to working as part of the committee team and getting even more involved with the Chamber.

Sian Cassie
Development Executive, Towergate Insurance Brokers

I joined Towergate Insurance Brokers on a Graduate Programme in 2015 and specialise in bespoke insurance and risk management solutions for commercial clients. Our ethos at Towergate is to focus on building Real Relationships, to offer Community Broking and Expert Technical Advice. This helps us to offer more than just an insurance policy. We work closely with leading insurers and believe everyone deserves the right insurance for their needs.

I live in Northamptonshire and I’m looking forward to working with the committee to shape the Next Generation offering, developing skills that I can utilise now and in the future.

In my spare time, I keep active with my local netball team, I commit to training for and running a couple of half marathons a year and I sing in a local choir.

Alexandra Kurila
Commercial Business Development Manager, acs Recruitment

I love meeting and working with people, which is why I have found my feet in recruitment. My previous experience as a commercial consultant has gave me exposure to working with many different people at all levels, but usually with one common objective: to be successful in business. It is this knowledge and understanding that has allowed me to excel as a recruitment professional, matching clients and candidates perfectly to suit business objectives and career ambitions. Since entering the recruiting industry in 2011 I have supported 100’s of businesses in and around Northamptonshire with their development and staffing.

I recently graduated with a HR CIPD qualification and I am very passionate about managing resources related to employee’s. Alongside HR, I am accredited by the institute of recruitment professionals and am keen to promote and help support the continued growth of next generation chamber.
