The purpose of the course:
The 5 Ways to Wellbeing has been researched by the New Economics Foundation and it is recommended individuals build this into their daily lives to improve their wellbeing.
It is the equivalent of “5 fruit & veg a day” the 5 ways are Connect, Learn, be Active, take Notice and Give.
Benefits to an organisation:
Whilst not claiming to be the biggest determinants to wellbeing, it’s a set of simple things individuals can do in their everyday lives. By adopting the 5 Ways individuals can improve their health and mood.
