The 9, ½ day modules will help you to develop your team building skills, influence others and manage change more effectively. Assignments (in the form of action plans) will be set at the end of each module and this will be evaluated at the beginning of the subsequent module.
The style of the Programme will be interactive and engaging. The input sessions, although based on respectable research and resources, will be highly practical. Skills practice will be an integral part of the training to enable learners to gain greater confidence. Because the Programme is recognised by the ILM there will be an element of assessment, to be conducted in a supportive way. This will increase accountability and aid the evaluation of return on investment.
Our Engaging Leadership course is delivered by Beyond Theory, who are a recognized provider for the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). This means that the course is accredited and quality assured by the ILM, who are a highly regarded awarding body.
The course is aimed at managers and team leaders who want to improve their leadership and management skills and receive recognition from the ILM for doing so. Successful completion of the course will result with the award of an ILM certificate. The content of our course is highly practical rather than being academic and is pitched at the equivalent of the level 5 qualification.
Attendance of this programme means that delegates automatically become student members of the ILM for one year, and have access to all of the ILM’s resources.
The Institute of Leadership & Management’s purpose is to enable people and organisations to develop their leadership skills for personal and economic growth. They do this by helping employers and training providers to develop, assess and accredit leaders with the right blend of skills.
As the UK’s top leadership and management qualifications specialist, they help to develop more talented leaders than anyone else, giving them the skills to make a real difference in their organisation and beyond.
