Women with Vision

Northamptonshire Chamber is proud to offer a new mentoring and networking association which has been created to educate, inspire and promote women in business.

Women with Vision

The Women With Vision Network will offer its members access to the below plus much more:

Upon the announcement of the new Women with Vision Network Northamptonshire Immediate Past President, Kevin Rogers said:

“I’m thrilled to see this network launch, not least because I know that an overwhelming number of female members of the Chamber called for it. From our point of view Wilson Browne Solicitors has lived the equality agenda – in an unequal profession - for years. Over half of our workforce is made of women, and at equity level 50% of our partners are women. Half of our Board of Management are women. We were visited by the President of the National Law Society in 2019 – the celebration of 100 years of Women in the Law, and are proud to lead the way. We are not changing, we are the change, yet more needs to be done in wider society and I am proud that the Chamber has embraced the need for such a group in Northamptonshire. These women are leaders in the County and will inspire the next generation. From those I have spoken to already there is a huge appetite for supporting, encouraging and nurturing talent within the County. If you can’t see it, you can’t be it: hats off to the Chamber for shining this light.”
