Our original operating model was built around servicing a large home market here in the UK, but as our centre of gravity (supply and sales mix by region) is now very different, and continuing to evolve, we have set about modelling new ways of working to design a supply chain network that matches with our role as a franchisor and brand, rather than as a retailer.
