Workplace Law transfers work to HR Solutions

HR Solutions of Kettering has won a deal that will see Cambridge-based International Workplace Limited (IWL) transfer work to the company.

The deal has been valued at £90,000 and will see IWL transfer the work delivered under its Workplace Law brand to the HR consultancy. This new agreement will see IWL transfer 14 clients and contracts to HR Solutions, enabling IWL to focus on the development of its new digital learning service, Workplace DNA, while ensuring its HR clients are well-looked after by a trusted provider.

As part of the business agreement, HR Solutions has also engaged Terry Hayward from IWL as a HR consultant. Terry has joined HR Solutions and will continue to manage the Workplace Law clients, as well as support the HR Solutions team with other projects and clients.

Greg Guilford, CEO of HR Solutions, said: “We are really pleased to be able to provide the ongoing support to IWL’s Workplace Law clients and, through the appointment of Terry Hayward as a HR Consultant, we will be able to guarantee a consistent level of service to the client base. We are also able to provide additional HR services to support the individual needs of each client.”

IWL’s Managing Director, David Sharp, said: “I was delighted to find a partner in HR Solutions with a similar ethos. HR Solutions and IWL have known about each other for some time, so when we made the decision to focus on Workplace DNA, it felt natural to turn to HR Solutions. This agreement allows us to focus on the development of an exciting, new digital learning subscription service, while ensuring that our highly-valued HR clients are well-looked after going forward.”

HR Solutions, established in 2001, is an outsourced HR and employment law consultancy, currently servicing over 300 large corporates and small to medium-sized businesses across the UK.
