Virtual Sales Team sponsors Customer Commitment Award

An award-winning sales support and lead qualification agency is sponsoring the 2020 Northamptonshire Business Awards.

Virtual Sales Team (VST), based in Northampton, generates high quality new business sales leads for its clients and helps them retain customers through a range of activities, including proactive telephone account management.

For the second year in a row the firm is sponsoring the Northamptonshire Business Awards and this time they will be championing the Customer Commitment Award.

Director Andrew Smart (pictured) said: “The Customer Commitment Award seems like the perfect award for us to sponsor this year as it’s a subject that’s always our top priority at VST, as it should be for all companies. None of us would have a business without loyal and happy customers so anything else we can learn from our colleagues around the county whilst supporting this fantastic category will be hugely valuable.”

The Northamptonshire Business Awards are open to all firms in the county and celebrate organisations that have demonstrated excellence in business.

The category winners will be put forward for the overall Business of the Year title and top prize of £10,000 and may be eligible for the regional and national finals of the British Chambers of Commerce’s Chamber Business Awards.

The other award categories are High Growth Business of the Year; Best Use of Technology; Workplace Wellbeing Award; Small Business of the Year award; E-Commerce Business of the Year; Exporter of the Year; Employer of the Year, Family Business of the Year and Apprentice of the Year.

The Northamptonshire Business Awards will culminate with an awards ceremony and dinner in September.
