The on-site inductions Impact Recruitment is holding at one of their clients look very different to the inductions held prior to COVID-19. Measures they’ve put in place are as follows:
• Pre-work screening questions, COVID secure measures documents and the bulk of the presentation are emailed to individuals and must be completed and returned to their Account Manager prior to their induction
• Bulk of presentation emailed to the individuals prior to attending their induction to limit their time on site
• Impact Recruitment’s Account Manager meets and greets them in the car park prior to induction and escorts them back to the car park at the end where they take their temperature before starting the induction
• 1 person per table to allow for 2m distance which also means all inductions are limited to 3 people.
