Northampton Borough Council have luanched their Reset. Restart programme, which will run for five months, aimed at early-stage SME business owners, with the objective of rebuilding confidence and helping businesses to recover from the COVID-19 crisis by adapting their business models and becoming more agile. The aim will be to arm people with the right information, skills and networks to rebuild and run their business. The national arm of the programme delivered by the British Library started earlier this month.
They’ll be offering 11 webinars in November on: branding, a range of digital marketing skills, financial resilience, emotional resilience and customer experience. They’ll also be offering 2 market research webinars to profile our extended business database offer, these will be split into resources for customer market research:
And resources useful for B2B profiling:
The webinars will be repeated monthly. They’ll also be offering up to fours hours of 1:1 business mentoring, peer-to-peer networking and some small business grants (details of this to be confirmed.)
They think this selection of support should appeal to both existing and new businesses, and would appreciate you sharing with your networks. They hope they are complementing other local business support programmes such as Recovery Through Enterprise. If you have any questions please contact Patricia.Greaves@firstforwellbeing.co.uk
