Are you looking at the way your business works? Looking at support for your organisation to innovate for growth and develop internal capabilities? Join the Benefits of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships Webinar on 23rd April at 10am with the University of Northampton
No business has been unaffected by this recent period of dramatic change. And no business, at any time, can succeed by standing still, doing what it’s always done. There are always better ways of doing things; quicker pathways to innovation; new ways to develop and retain great staff; more effective management practices. These key strategic competencies build resilience and increase productivity. This webinar will explore the funded support available to your organisation to embed new capabilities and transformational improvements into your organisation through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) and Management KTP’s are a subsidised three-way partnership between a business, a high-calibre graduate and an academic
institution. It is a cost-effective way for businesses to attract fresh talent and access the expertise in universities and colleges to deliver strategic innovative solutions to achieve business growth. The scheme is funded by Innovate UK. We partner business and graduates, matching project requirements with management or technical skills and academic disciplines. The projects typically last for two years and funding is available for up to two-thirds of the total project costs. Come along to our Benefits of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships Webinar on 23rd April and hear from our local KTP Advisor Kamran Hussein talk further about KTP’s and how they can benefit your business.
