An award-winning agency is hosting an exciting day of event management training workshops.
Sheer Edge Ltd is running two three-hour workshops on 29 January – ‘Event Management Training – The essentials for a successful event’ and ‘Event Management Training – Intermediate – Indoor Exhibitions (session 1)’.
The first workshop is for newcomers to event management and will help delegates get to grips with a range of topics, including budgets, venues, event content, delegate experience and communication and marketing. Delegates will also receive an Event Blueprint to take away with them and use for their future event planning.
The second workshop is for seasoned event professionals who want to improve their event management skills. This workshop will focus on indoor exhibitions and again will look at a wide range of topics, including health and safety, risk assessments, controlling the build-up and breakdown, supplier relationships, operational delivery and time management.
The events will take place at Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre in Holliday Street, Birmingham.
