A consultancy which helps firms to tender for contracts in the public and private sectors has started the year on a high.
Bid & Tender Support has been inundated with positive feedback from customers who have retained or secured contracts thanks to the firm’s support.
The positive results have come from a variety of different businesses, including grounds maintenance, property maintenance and domicillary care providers.
Bid & Tender Support Ltd Director Katy Berrill said: “We have helped a grounds maintenance service provider to extend their contract with a social housing provider from 23 years to 30 years. Being the incumbent may appear as a huge advantage but to hold onto a contract within social housing for 30 years takes a huge commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, resident liaison, innovation, added value and continual improvements – these are all things we helped this client capture and express in their tender submission.”
