What does your employee communication strategy look like?

With the new financial year rapidly approaching, The Outlook Creative Group are reminding employers how crucial face to face meetings are when communicating strategy, campaigns, updates and business information to their teams. 

Companies who embrace the value of implementing an internal live event communication strategy benefit from employee “buy in”, an increase in team motivation and team members who are better equipped to undertake their roles within the workplace.     

In January, the Outlook Events Team supported Anglian Water, which employs 3800 individuals, by delivering a series of “Shaping the Future” conferences and road shows across the East of England. Adopting this approach ensured key messages were delivered consistently in a face to face open forum to the teams at seven locations across the region.    

With more companies also recognising the impact which video can add to conferences, OUTLOOK’s in house video team have been working with clients to inject a fresh approach into video programmes. The team produces conference openers and closers, highlight and review programmes.
