An important message for all our International Trade users and customers.

Please note that our International Trade office located in Northampton is now closed to visitors and staff are working remotely. As a result, our hours of work to process documents will be 10am – 3pm on weekdays.

Customers are encouraged to use electronic services where and when possible, preferably, by accessing our on-line “Express Service” available on ezCert and essCert. Documents can then be certified using an electronic stamp enabling traders to print their documents locally at their own premises.

If you are already signed up to the electronic platforms, we would encourage you to process as many documents as possible via this route.

If you have not signed up to the service, this can be done via the following websites – please feel free to contact the Chamber’s International Trade Team at if you require any assistance with this process.

Please let us know the anticipated volume of Certificate of Origin forms you would require over the next 3 months and we will post them out to you.

We are also accepting uploaded invoices and other docs for electronic stamping where the destination / country allows.

Electronic standard applications will be printed and posted out to customers however, delays are expected if processing this way.
