Young Chamber connects young people between the ages of 11 and 19 directly with local businesses and employers.
Its unique strength is to provide students with access to the business community in their area through the extensive Chamber of Commerce network. By talking directly to potential employers it can help students make decisions about future careers, provide an understanding of the skills that employers are looking for, and give genuine insight into how businesses work.
Northamptonshire Chamber is currently delivering Young Chamber in five schools across the county:

- The Duston School
- Northampton Academy
- Prince William School
- Montsaye Community College
