The Purpose of the Course
Take a day to reassess the purpose of your role and how to achieve the key tasks. Look at ways to manage the less productive tasks and then pick up lots of tips and techniques to help make things run more smoothly (one simple technique has saved many previous participants over an hour a week!) Take away a list of practical tasks and habit changes that you know will make a difference to the way you work.
Benefits for your organisation
Today's working environment seems to demand more of people in less time with fewer resources and it becomes easy to get overwhelmed and lose sight of the priorities. This workshop will give you the opportunity to think about your role and identify the tasks that really get results. It then gives tips and techniques on how to spend more time on these tasks, and less on the others – it also looks at the tools that are available to help get you organised, and how to get the best out of them.
Who is this course for?
