Our approach
Our aim is to deliver exactly what you need. The trainers have significant experience of their topics from the real business world which means that training is relevant to the business environment in which you work. Our emphasis is on learning that reflects real business situations, allowing you to learn valuable skills that can be transferred to the workplace.
Smaller groups, more personal attention
The training occurs in small groups (no more than 12) on a friendly and informal basis. This allows the trainer to adopt a 'hands on' style to fully meet the individual needs of every delegate.

The training is delivered locally, right here in Northamptonshire, so there are no expensive accomodation or travel costs to consider. Plus this minimises the disruption in the office when an employee is out of the office.
