Telephone Surveys
Telephone surveys can provide quick results and are a good way of contacting businesses and the general population – or any other group for which telephone contact details are available. Contacts can be selected by a range of criteria – most commonly by location. We can also ask some brief introductory questions to check that the respondent meets the sample requirements for example is the person in the business with responsibility for HR or the main income earner in the household.
