Truly effective leadership comes from the richness of our character, the basis of who we are. This course is designed to harness this deep core of identity and provide really tangible ways to actively re-focus and shape a woman’s career. It aims to aid women to progress into senior leadership roles with greater confidence and energy by using their unique approach to leadership, and by strategically employing their often overlooked influencing skills.
