The course aim is to enable participants effectively to transfer their skills, knowledge and understanding to their learners in an interesting, engaging and confident manner. The three day train the trainer foundation course provides a popular starting point for new, inexperienced or unqualified trainers, managers and supervisors who deliver training for their teams. The course is highly interactive with a structured approach and a lively pace. Sound educational principles and practical activities are carefully blended with discussion and reflection to provide a stimulating and motivating experience for all delgates.

BY THE END OF THIS COURSE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO…..
Recognise the six critical things that must be done at the start of a course, correctly identify three learning styles and lead others to learn through their own styles. You will also demonstrate the ability to show empathy with learners, how to inspire them and motivate them.
