Novacroft is finalist in National Business Awards
Novacroft, a specialist provider of smart card solutions, ticketing systems and data management services based in Northampton, has been announced as a finalist in the National Business Awards.
Open to organisations of all sizes from all sectors across the UK, the National Business Awards in partnership with Orange is the UK’s most prestigious independent business recognition platform with its particular emphasis on excellence, innovation and ethical business.
Novacroft is a finalist in the Health, Work and Well-being Award category, which will be awarded to the organisation that can best demonstrate how it has worked to sustain the health and well-being of its workforce to the mutual benefit of the staff and the organisation. Novacroft launched its Get Fit for Business campaign in 2010 to focus everyone on their personal health and ensure that the whole team is ready, willing and able to meet the growth and change in the business head on. Get Fit for Business includes health and fitness activities such as lunchtime walks, fruit baskets and sporting challenges coupled with workshops on change, stress and time management.
