SUPPORTERS QUESTIONS ANSWERED:
I AM COMING DOWN TO SIXFIELDS TO BUY MY TICKETS. WHERE DO I GO?
Tickets will be on sale from the Club Shop.
I CANNOT GET DOWN TO SIXFIELDS. CAN I BOOK OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, we will have a team of staff at a different locations answering phone calls. Supporters should call 01604 683777.
CAN I BOOK ONLINE?
No, there are no online sales for the Liverpool game, but you can visit www.ntfc.co.uk to buy online for the Southend game.
MY FRIEND DOES NOT HAVE A SEASON TICKET AND IS NOT A MEMBER. CAN I BUY THEIR LIVERPOOL TICKET AT THE SAME TIME AS I BUY MINE TO MAKE SURE WE SIT TOGETHER?
Yes, as long as your friend has (or buys at the same time) a ticket for the Southend game. This ticket must be on a like for like basis, i.e. adult Southend ticket - adult Liverpool ticket.
CAN I BUY FOR OTHERS?
Yes, you can buy for a limitless amount of people as long as you have their season ticket books or Southend tickets to prove their status.
MY CHILD HAS A JUNIOR SEASON TICKET BUT CANNOT GO TO LIVERPOOL AS THEY ARE AT SCHOOL. CAN I USE THEIR SEASON TICKET TO BUY AN ADULT LIVERPOOL TICKET?
No, a junior season ticket only qualifies for a junior Liverpool ticket. The adult looking to go to Liverpool must buy an adult Southend ticket.
WHY ARE SOUTHEND TICKETS IMPORTANT IN GAINING PRIORITY ACCESS TO THE LIVERPOOL TICKETS?
We had to find a way of making sure those who come to Sixfields to support us get access to tickets before anyone who has never been to Sixfields before. Over and above the Southend game, supporters had two other ways to gain ticket priority. One was to buy one of the cheapest adult season tickets in English professional football at just over £8 per game, another was to become a member over the summer at just £10 (that offer is now closed), and the third option is to buy a ticket for the Southend game. It should also be remembered that we have agreed to reduce prices for the Liverpool game as we did for the games with Brighton and Reading in earlier rounds.
I HAVE A CUP MATCH BOOKING FORM. WHEN CAN I COLLECT?
From 9am on Wednesday onwards.
DO I NEED MY SEASON TICKET BOOK?
Yes, you will need to surrender voucher A when buying (or when collecting if buying over the phone).
I AM A NON SEASON TICKET HOLDER, WHEN CAN I BUY?
From Thursday 9 September any non-season ticket holding supporter has or who now buys a Southend match ticket can buy one ticket (this ticket will be on a like for like basis, e.g. adult Southend ticket - adult Liverpool ticket).
CAN I BUY LIVERPOOL TICKETS AT THE SOUTHEND GAME ON SATURDAY?
Yes, we are open from 10am until after the queue has been served after the game. Please note though that Liverpool sales will be suspended from noon until immediately after the Southend game when they will resume.
WHY HAS NOTHING BEEN SAID YET ABOUT GENERAL SALE?
Simply because we don't know. We have around 2,500 season ticket holders and if they all take advantage of that second ticket option, that is of course 5,000 tickets gone. We expect many season ticket holders to buy an extra Southend ticket and therefore the extra Liverpool ticket at the same time. We are already 1,500 ticket sales above where we would expect to be for the Southend game and we are expecting Thursday and Friday to be busy with Southend and Liverpool tickets. Out of our 6,000 allocation we also have sponsors, commercial partners, players tickets and VIP packages who all qualify to buy tickets so we won't know what (if any) tickets are left until after the weekend.
