High five! Associate celebrates five years at Wilson Browne
A top commercial solicitor is this month celebrating five years of employment with a local law firm. Tom Warrender, an associate at regional law firm Wilson Browne LLP, is delighted to have been with the firm for five years this month.
Tom completed his training contract at Wilson Browne and since qualifying has specialised in commercial property and housing association matters. He acts for clients of all sizes from private individuals through to Housing Associations and large corporate bodies and has dealt with everything from a transfer of a small parcel of garden land to small shop leases through to large stock transfers and multi-million pound development deals.
In addition, he is one of the few solicitors in the country to have been involved with the Mortgage Rescue Scheme since its initial introduction. And it doesn’t stop there! Within his three years of qualifying, not only has he dealt with such a vast variety of matters big and small, he has been promoted to associate through his continued efforts and successes.
On a lighter note, Tom is also responsible for organising cricket and football fixtures for the firm. Where there’s a challenge, Tom will be involved! Being the sociable character he is, he has also, as a former member of the firm's social committee, been involved in organising a host of events from rounders and bowling through to a firm-wide Christmas party, to mention a few.
Tom commented: “I can’t believe five years have passed by already! It is certainly a job with plenty of variety and challenges, which is what makes it so enjoyable. I am delighted to have reached this milestone and look forward to my future with Wilson Browne.”
