FRC Recruitment granted Gangmaster license
FRC Recruitment is pleased to announce that it has been granted a Gangmaster Licence by the GLA. Following a stringent inspection of our operations, procedures and paperwork by the Gangmaster Licensing Authority (GLA), we received confirmation of the award on 19 August 2010.
The GLA is a government agency set up to protect workers from exploitation in agriculture, horticulture, shellfish gathering, food processing and packaging. However here at FRC, the same procedures are standardised no matter the industry FRC is providing labour to. We believe this makes FRC the best choice for employers and employees alike.
Under the terms of our licence, the GLA compliance regulations cover every aspect of the employee's well being. This means that as an end user, the staff we supply you have been verified, are not exploited in any way and are therefore both happy and productive.
