Accounts Assist named as finalist in Growing Business Awards

Thriving new accountancy firm Accounts Assist from Silverstone, Northants, has been unveiled as a finalist at the Growing Business Awards 2010 in the Customer Excellence category.

Accounts Assist’s place among the finalists of this year’s Growing Business Awards in the Customer Excellence category is testament to the company’s hard work, growth and outstanding customer services. Accounts Assist is an accountancy firm delivering a service specifically for small businesses. Customer service is the very core of what they do and the reason the company was set up in the first place.

Founder, Anita Brook says: “We are delighted to be a finalist in the Customer Excellence category as our aim from the outset was to offer a better service. Following ten years as an accountant in the city I saw what a money-orientated, cut-throat world accountancy can be and wanted to do something different. As an antidote to this, Accounts Assist is based on clarity, honesty and transparency, with fees quoted upfront, the option to spread payments and no hidden costs. Phone calls, emails and letters are all free, something which many accountancy firms charge for.”

The Accounts Assist tariffs are designed to be affordable and the option to spread fees over 12 months allows small businesses to control costs from day one, while keeping Accounts Assist’s cash flow healthy and turnover high from the outset.

The Growing Business Awards 2010, organised by Real Business Magazine, comprises of 11 categories, each showcasing the best growing businesses in the UK. The winners will be unveiled at a prestigious awards ceremony and three-course luncheon to be held at the Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square on 25 November, 2010. This year’s judging panel consists of some of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs, including James Caan, star of Dragons’ Den, Will King, CEO of King of Shaves and Simon Calver, CEO of LOVEFiLM.
