Northampton College Business Centre to run PRINCE 2 course in July
The Business Centre at Northampton College is running a PRINCE2 course, which aims to provide delegates with a greater control of resources and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively.
PRINCE2 is a project management method that can be tailored to suit the needs of the delegate. It covers how to manage, organise and control projects and has been designed to enable the successful delivery of the right products, on time and within budget.
The course programme should benefit Project Managers and Directors/Executives (senior responsible owners) of projects. It includes:
- 3 day PRINCE2 Foundation + 2 day PRINCE2 Practitioner course
- Examinations
- Registration and Certification
- Course materials, workbooks and manuals
- Refreshments and lunch at allocated venue including parking
- Cost - £1095
- Chamber members will receive a 10% discount
