Duston priorities to be discussed at meeting tomorrow
Duston Parish Council is hosting a public meeting on Thursday 1 July at Duston Community Centre from 7.30pm to help decide the key local priorities that will be tackled by the Councils, Police and other partners working together.
Northampton Borough Council and Northamptonshire Police Officers will be present to answer questions from the public.
Northampton Borough Council's partnership coordinator Peter Staffell said: "This is a chance for people to get involved and have a say in how we deliver services. You know your neighbourhood, and you know what we can do to make it a better place to live. Come along to the meeting and make sure your voice is heard."
Inspector Steve Lingley Northampton South-West Safer Community Team said: "Our Safer Community Teams in Northampton work hard in partnership with councils and other agencies to put our communities first. This meeting is an excellent opportunity for residents in Duston to come and tell us what matters most to them.
