CAN to hold charity golf day in July
CAN, a charity that supports those affected by drug, alcohol and homelessness, is holding a 2010 Charity Golf Tournament at Northampton Golf Club on Friday 16 July.
Funds raised on the day will help support CAN’s work for people of all backgrounds and ages that desperately need positive change in their lives due to drug, alcohol and homelessness problems. They will be raised by Northampton Golf Club (http://www.northamptongolfclub.co.uk/) through a raffle, Tops ‘n’ Tails before the meal, and through the auction, which is conducted by ‘Our Price Records’ – Our Price provide some truly stunning signed items from their archive of signed music, sports and film memorabilia.
The format remains the same as in previous years - £200 per team of four; coffee, bacon rolls on arrival, three course evening meal and auction. The charity is hoping to build on the success of previous years and achieve 30 teams in attendance.
CAN will endeavour to provide some free refreshments on the 9th Hole.
