20th anniversary year heralds expansion plans for Catering Design Group
Catering Design Group, the Daventry based restaurant and commercial kitchen design company, has appointed Abi Perry-Jones to the role of Senior Design Consultant, with responsibility for design, concept development, implementation and project management.
Perry-Jones joins the business from ADS Design in Tewkesbury, where she held the role of associate director with responsibility for the design and project management of a wide spectrum of leisure based projects, from 5-star hotels, gastro pubs and boutique letting rooms to restaurants and bars. She was also responsible for developing the new generation Holiday Inn concept for IHG.
Catering Design Group has also appointed Mark Wood and Jeff Bennett as contracts managers, with responsibility for managing the installation process of projects from receipt of order through to project handover. Wood was previously a designer for Lancashire based Caterware, with responsibility for design, costing, sales and project management of commercial kitchens and service counters across several sectors. His remit saw him work on such projects as the Chairman’s Lounge at Manchester City Football Club and W Fifty Five in London. He also project managed new build and refurbishment projects for Carluccio’s Restaurants. Bennett joins the business with a wealth of experience in the leisure and hospitality industry. In his previous role he had responsibility for overseeing the design and build of the £10 million pound Whitbread Premier Travel Inn extension roll out programme.
