It's time to consider Iran, the second largest economy in the Middle East 

The Department for International Trade East Midlands in partnership with The Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce are holding a half day seminar highlighting the opportunities and assistance available to UK businesses looking to trade with Iran.

Why Iran?
Following years of economic stagnation, Iran is ready for the post-sanctions era. With far fewer sanctions in place and with Iran’s long established appetite for British goods, they are ready to do business with UK companies. 

Iran is the second largest economy in the Middle East, currently reliant on the oil and gas sector but is looking to diversify its economy. It is envisaged that over a trillion pounds sterling of infrastructure investment is likely to be needed over the next decade. Iran has potential in most sectors for UK companies and these are likely to grow as the market expands.
