Northamptonshire Chamber Golf Society
The Northamptonshire Chamber Golf Society was established in 1980 with the inaugural Summer Competition. Since then the society has grown and now organises separate competitions.
An annual weekend away in June is also organised for members and for the last few years has been at Thorpeness Golf Club.
Benefits of joining
There are three key benefits to joining the Golf Society
- The opportunity to build a network of contacts with other like minded Chamber Members. Can you think of a better way to network than a round of golf in the fresh air?
- The opportunity to play at other Golf Clubs (at reduced fees) around the county by getting to know other Members of the Society
- Activities at competitions also help to raise money for The Chamber Charity
To take part in competitions you will need to be a Chamber member and also a member of the Golf Society. However the Summer Competition is an open competition for all Chamber members and their guests.

The Spring Competition - Thursday 24th April 2008 at Burghley Golf Club, Stamford
Joint Annual Summer Golf Tournament - Thursday 12th June 2008 at Whittlebury Park
The Autumn Competition - Wednesday 10th September 2008 at Northants County Golf Club
The Society also run a Knock Out Competition through the year.
