Clear Prospects is an intuitive, easy to use online tool that allows you to cleanse and enhance your existing database, or purchase new records to add to your customer pool.
• Clear Prospects is Royal Mail's online portal, designed for small to medium businesses. Royal Mail is piloting the service in association with Northamptonshire Chamber so its members can access the portal as a Chamber benefit.
• It provides the opportunity to improve the accuracy of your customer data and purchase prospect data to increase your existing client base.
• A typical database containing 5,000 records can be cleansed, enhanced and ready to go in as little as 15 minutes.
Data Cleansing
It is estimated that an average database degrades by 10% every year, with businesses moving premises or closing down and named contacts leaving the company or passing away. This service enables companies to upload their own data files and cleanse them against the Royal Mail’s National Change of Address (NCOA) and Universal Suppression Service (USS) databases for a small fee. Companies can also enhance their data by performing searches for new potential clients in certain locations or industry sectors.
