The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) invites expressions of interest for the procurement of a Timber Supplier Panel.
The ODA envisages that the Timber Supplier Panel will comprise of approximately 20 members, but it does, however, reserve the right to increase the number of panel members if it considers this to be in the best interests.
The scope of this project encompasses a wide range of timber and wood products used by the ODA's supply chain for construction of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games programme with an emphasis on timber delivered to site either as part of the construction process or as a raw material.
The Timber Supplier Panel shall remain in place for a period of four years following the date on which the Timber Supplier Panel is appointed, with the option for the ODA to extend the Framework Agreement for six months to encompass the London 2012 Games period if the ODA so requires.
The deadline for the receipt of expressions of interest is noon on 7 April 2008. For full details see the prequalification questionnaire (PQQ) documentation via our eTendering website.
